Cela s’exprime aussi en bouche ! Les tanins sont ronds en entrée de bouche et très vite la puissance du vin s’affiche. Il y a du caractère dans le verre, de la fougue adolescente pour une belle garde promise. Le vin est sec et l’alcool est bien géré. C’est digeste. Le vin porte de la fraîcheur tout au long du parcours de bouche pour finir sur des notes poivrées et épicées. La rétro-olfaction est agréable et prolongée par l’élevage noble en demi-muids.
