C’est un avantage bien sûr, lorsque l’on recherche plus d’authenticité, cependant, le vin est moins protégé. L’entrée en bouche est veloutée, sur le fruit, framboise et cassis. La texture est remarquable. Volupté fraîche que vient tendre une fine sève cacaotée livrant de la verticalité au vin. La bouche se réchauffe sur une belle expression pimentée.
